I turned to meditation when I needed hope, I was managing the weight of something that I had ever felt before. It left me feeling very hopeless. I am so thankful for meditation as it allowed me to connect within myself and uncover who I am what my purpose is.
Living mindfully I was inspired to teach and help overwhelmed women stress less so they can be present in their life.
