One way to show yourself kindness is to make sure you are doing things that feel nourishing, soothing and comforting, especially when youโ€™re faced with challenges. But not only when youโ€™re faced with challenges, you are worthy of respect and kindness at all times.

โœจ Consider how you can nourish yourself based on all five senses.
