🤯 Have you ever just 🅱🅻🅾🆆🅽 🆄🅿 for what seems like no reason? 🤯
🙄 I’ll be honest, I have the personality that can get defensive quickly and take offense to things even if they’re not meant to be hurtful. It’s taken me a long time to accept that about myself. It was a lot of work to learn to manage it in a way that protects my peace.
Am I saying that you should change your personality? 🤷♀️ No.
🤯 What I am saying is that this part of my personality did no good for anyone. I ended up feeling guilty for blowing up. Others felt hurt because I overreacted. It was a never ending cycle that left me always feeling sad and frustrated. Who wants to live like that?
💖 I finally realized that I had the power to do something about it and I am so glad I did. I can’t imagine how much I would have missed if I’d stayed there being miserable all the time.
