Myth: In order to get benefits from meditation, I need to have a lot of time to dedicate to it.
Oh I hear this so often, "I should meditate more but I don't have time." Just like any habit, routine, ritual that you build in your life small amounts over time add up.
So, if you only have 3-5 minutes every day, use it wisely and meditate! It doesn't have to be as complicated as we make it in our heads. Just pause, take a few deep breaths, release the stress and tension, reflect on how you feel then move forward with your day.
Fact: You can do this walking outside, standing in line at the store, waiting in the car for grocery pickup... it's really much easier than we make it.
