Mayo Clinic says that research suggests meditation can help with symptoms of anxiety, chronic pain, depression, high blood pressure, sleep problems, tension headaches.

Why do you think that is?

Because all of these things can be triggered by stress on the body. Reducing the effects of stress means better overall health, in more ways than we can list!
