Habits are important, they are how we take that action every day, how we move forward reaching our goals.

Often habits are things done on autopilot, without much thought behind themโฆ or why weโre doing it in the first place. With meditation, we can take that action with intention and presence, because weโre training the brain to be more aware and present. We learn to question old habits, are we doing it because itโs what weโve always done or because itโs actually helpful? We also learn to add new habits that help us feel better overall because we are aware of how things make us feel.
